Refund policy

We are proud to offer our customers quality products. However, should a product be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, please contact us at hello@sourcedcoffee.com.au.  Please supply your order ID number from your original confirmation email, a description of the damage or defect, along with your e-mail address and phone number. Once we receive all the necessary information, we will arrange an exchange of your ordered product. In the case your ordered product is no longer available, we will provide a refund.
